When is my booking confirmed?
All cleaning appointments are confirmed only after payment (full or deposit) has been made. Dates and time slots are not reserved without payment confirmation.
Can I pay a deposit?
Full payment is preferred; however, we may accept an 80% deposit to secure your booking. Outstanding balances must be paid before or immediately after the service is completed.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations or repeated rescheduling may attract a fee or result in loss of deposit.
What if something is not right?
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If a client reports an area that was missed within 24 hours of service completion, Solufix will review the concern and, where the issue falls within the agreed scope of work, arrange a reasonable correction.
